<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video transmission system broadcasting a television video and a commercial video on a display device installed in a platform and a concourse of a station with high image quality and on a real time basis. <P>SOLUTION: In the video transmission system, an optical signal of a high definition video taken in by a central control system is converted into an electric signal and encoded to transmit it to a base station control system. The base station control system performs a broadcast by a large display device based on the electric signal and transmits the optical signal of the video to a general station control system. The general station control system broadcasts the video by the large display device and transmits the optical signal of the video to the other general station control system. When the control system of a base station or a general station detects a railway vehicle by a sensor, display of the display device is deleted. Thus, interference between a radio wave which the display device generates and a radio wave transmitted from an antenna for railroad radio is prevented in the video transmission system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
