<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve discharge apparatus and dryer for food and drink treatment system having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The dryer includes a drum section with an input port and an exhaust port. On the drum section, there is disposed an agitating screw including a rotating blade crushing garbage while agitating and a rotating shaft supporting the rotating blade. On one side face of the drum section, there is provided a power supply section for providing power to drive the rotation of the agitating screw. On an external face of the drum section, there is provided a heater member for drying garbage by feeding high heat to the internal space of the drum section when applying a power supply.
