<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform braking only by the pedal-in of an acceleration pedal, and to surely perform brake control. <P>SOLUTION: This acceleration pedal erroneous operation elimination device 1 has an acceleration pedal-in force transmission member 5, an acceleration linkage mechanism and a pedal linkage mechanism. The acceleration pedal-in force transmission member 5 has an oscillation member 6 having the acceleration pedal 2 and a first rising member 8, and a second rising member 11 which locks an acceleration wire 4. The acceleration linkage mechanism has a linkage claw 12 of the second rising member 11 and a lock pin 13 of the first rising member 8, and is configured to be locked to or released from the linkage claw 12 at the pedal-in of the acceleration pedal 2. The pedal linkage mechanism has a linkage oscillation member 16 attached to a fixed rising part 15, a ring material 18 attached to the lock pin 13 and a brake wire 17 connected to a brake pedal 19, and converts the pedal-in force which is further generated by the acceleration pedal 2 into the pedal-in of a brake pedal 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
