PURPOSE: Meat and a manufacturing method thereof using heat are provided to obtain safe edible food by killing pathogen using high heat. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of meat using heat is constituted as follows. The nose and mouth of a domestic animal are shielded by using a mask. The stunned domestic animal is put into a water tank(2) containing hot water for 1-10 minutes and is moved to a butchery using a vehicle. The animal is frozen in a freezing storage room and is melted. The animal is slaughtered and meat is separated from the bone. The meat and other elements are washed and are put into a spice tank(8).
