PURPOSE: A method for settling a PP(Polypropylene) or PE(Polyethylene) pipe receiving member connection unit and a PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) pipe and a setting method thereof are provided to facilitate a connection by setting a pipe because the pipe is hardened by simply spreading an adhesive on a settled portion of a PVC pipe on a settle portion. CONSTITUTION: A method for settling a PP(Polypropylene) or PE(Polyethylene) pipe receiving member connection unit and a PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) pipe is as follows. A receiving member connection unit is formed with a PP or PE materials. In the state that an engraved groove or an embossed projection(121) are formed in the inner circumference of the receiving member connection unit such as a valve or a connection socket, an adhesive(300) is spread on the outer circumference of a PVC pipe. The adhesive spread on the PVC pipe is hardened and the PVC pipe is caught and fixed in the engraved groove, an embossed projection or a hole.
