PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for foam-filling, which can simply be formed and set, can ensure good foaming and simultaneously reduce sagging, when foamed, to provide a foam-filling member using the composition for foam-filling, and to provide a foam for filling, obtained by foaming the composition for foam-filling. SOLUTION: This composition for foam-filling comprises a polymer comprising a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer and styrene/butadiene rubber, a foaming agent, and a cross-linking agent, and has a melt viscosity of ≥7,000 Pa s at 100°C and a foaming ratio of ≥10. A foam-filling member 5 is produced by forming the composition for the foam-filling in a sheet-like shape to form a resin layer 7, and then adhering a sheet-like adhesive layer 6 to the resin layer 7.
