PLASMA SPRAY FOR STERILIZATION AND STORING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AND METHOD FOR TREATING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An atmosphere plasma injection apparatus for sterilizing and storing agricultural products, and a processing method of the agricultural products using thereof are provided to sterilize microorganisms from the surface of the agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: An atmosphere plasma injection apparatus comprises a plasma inducing module(10) having 0.5-1mm interval between an electrode and the ground, a gas supplying unit(20), and a power supplying unit(30). Plasma produced from the atmosphere plasma injection apparatus sterilizes microorganisms from the surface of agricultural products, by using ethylene glycol or ethylene oxide generated from decomposing ethylene gas produced from the agricultural products. The agricultural products are fruits, flowers, or vegetables. The atmosphere plasma injection apparatus includes more than one plasma inducing module.
