PURPOSE: An electrolyzing method is provided to effectively use gas generated from an electrolyzing process by using volatile gas as energy. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyzing method includes the following: hydrogen chloride gas(6) is generated by reacting chlorine gas(3) and hydrogen gas(5) which are volatized from an anode(2) in the process of electrolyzing water to be electrolyzed(1). The reaction heat of the hydrogen chloride gas is used as energy. Drainage, the water to be electrolyzed, is electrolyzed to be purified. The hydrogen chloride gas is dissolved in the water to be electrolyzed, and an electrolyzing process is implemented. The reaction heat is used for generating vapor. The vapor is compressed to operate a turbine.
