PURPOSE: A roasting plate is provided to uniformly roast meat in a short time by guiding heat emitted from flames to heat distribution grooves arranged radially. CONSTITUTION: A roasting plate comprises a disk-shaped roasting plate body(100) and an oil discharge hole(160). A hollow unit(130) is formed in the center of the roasting plate body. Multiple heat distribution grooves(140) are radially formed along the edge of the hollow unit and guide heat to the edge portion of the roasting plate body. A disk0shaped heat distribution plate(150) is formed on the top of the roasting plate body and closes the top of the hollow unit. The oil discharge hole is formed on one side of the roasting plate body. |
