PURPOSE: A system and a method for transmitting sailing information of a ship for unmanned sailing are provided to consecutively deliver sailing information to the ship without time delay in the event of a data transmission failure. CONSTITUTION: A data extraction unit extracts first to sixth data(S100). A data combination unit combines the extracted first to sixth data(S200). A data compress unit compresses the combined data(S300). An encryption unit encrypts the compressed data. A data transmission unit transmits the measured data(S500). A failure count unit counts the number of failure(S600). A land server calculates estimated sailing information.
