PURPOSE: A device for guiding exercise with a health and rehabilitation game system based on natural interaction is provided to store modeling information for exercise, movements of muscles, and a skeleton of a human body, thereby selecting game contents which are automatically matched when a user inputs goal exercise information. CONSTITUTION: An exercise analysis evaluation module(100) analyzes a movement image of a user recorded from a vision camera(30). The exercise analysis evaluation module extracts exercise information for a muscle and a skeleton generated by human body modeling. The exercise analysis evaluation module in real time evaluates the exercise information of the user by comparing the extracted exercise information and the exercise information stored in an exercise database(110).
