PURPOSE: A sensitivity diagnosis apparatus and method thereof are provided to offer an interaction design to a user terminal based on a diagonsis result by evaluating the sensitivity index of a user. CONSTITUTION: A database(290) stores sensitivity data including an acknowledgement index and a negation index for words. A text input unit(210) receives a natural language text from a user terminal. A language analysis unit(220) extracts word lists by analyzing the words for the natural language text. An emotion index evaluation unit(240) evaluates sensitivity indexes for the words included in the word list. An interface providing unit(250) provides the interaction design to the user terminal based on the evaluated sensitivity index.
