<p>PURPOSE: A portable terminal including a touch sensor using the vibration of a touch point is provided to improve the design freedom of degrees and to improve durability and power efficiency by eliminating components or high price peripheral apparatuses. CONSTITUTION: A transparent sheet(20) is formed as a lattice(25) which is composed of piezoelectric materials on a horizontal and a virtual side line. A signal processing unit(30) receives signals by connecting to the lattice. A touch point calculation unit(40) calculates the location of the lattice by extracting an initial signal from a horizontal and a vertical signal received from the signal processing unit. The touch point calculation unit calculates the location of the touch point using a cross point between the lines extended from the extracted lattice points.
