<p>PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Request Resource) allocation and a signal transmission method and apparatus using the same are provided to transmit HARQ signals through a terminal to a base station using a preparatory method. CONSTITUTION: It is determined whether a resource allocation pointer, which assigns transmission resources to a down link subframe related to an uplink subframe transmitting an HARQ signal, is received or not(S1610). Resources are allocated based on a control channel element index on a control channel in a received down link subframe when dynamic scheduling is applied. The resources, directed through the resource allocation pointer transmitted to the down link control channel in which static scheduling is activated, are assigned. The HARQ signal is transmitted using the allocated resources(S1680).
