PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for guiding the position of a car are provided to easily find the position of the car by using a mobile communication terminal of a user. CONSTITUTION: A car position guide system includes a mobile communication terminal(100) and a server(200). The mobile communication terminal recognizes an identification code displayed on a wall or a pillar of a parking lot. The mobile communication terminal generates a floor code indicating the floor of the parking lot and a position code indicating the position of the wall or pillar. The mobile communication terminal transmits the floor code and position code to the server. The server generates car position information.
