The flexible electric conductor has a sensor element (S) and leads (11,12) containing insulated conductors, where the leads are encased by a common outer casing made of insulated material. The sensor element consists of two leads having an insulated electric conductor with a tensile central element (13). The phase conductors have an inner conducting layer encasing the conductor and an insulation lying on the inner conducting layer.
