<p>The invention relates to a method for determining at least one material property of a zinc oxide layer (112) comprising providing the zinc oxide layer (112) which has a band gap. According to the invention, a surface (113) of the zinc oxide layer is irradiated by means of a radiation (103). An intensity of a reflection (104; 105) of the radiation on the surface (113) is determined at least in one reflection frequency range (104; 105) wherein the reflection (104; 105) has an energy which is larger than the band gap. The at least one material property is determined in dependence on the intensity of the reflection (104; 105). The invention also relates to a method for producing at least one solar cell comprising said method for determining at least one material property.</p> |
