PURPOSE: A method for producing microbial intracellular products is provided to cheaply produce microbial lipid and to produce biodiesel from the microbial lipid. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing microbial intracellular products is prepared by proliferating fed-batch of microbes in a bioreactor and fed-batch of organic acid as a substrate. The organic acid includes acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, succinic acid, gluconic acid, valeric acid, caproic acid, or a mixture thereof.
