PURPOSE: A device and circuit for deodorization and anti-bacteria are provided to improve a sterilization effect by operating an ultraviolet lamp with charging currents. CONSTITUTION: A case(10) includes many sides. An ultraviolet lamp(20) is exposed to the outside through one side of the case. A reflection plate(30) reflects ultraviolet rays from the ultraviolet lamp with a constant angle. A receiving unit(31) receives a part of the reflection plate. A switch(40) switches on or off a power source.
