The device has a sterile space (20) partially surrounding each of a set of transformation stations such that the stations are movable within the sterile space. A locking mechanism (60) is partially arranged in the sterile space and locks a carrier part (6a) with another carrier part in a locked condition of a blow mold. The locking mechanism has a locking element (62) cooperating with another locking element (64) for locking the blow mold. The former locking element is movable by a moving unit i.e. pivot shaft (66), which is supported by bearing units arranged partially outside the space.
