摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A device and a method for measure a system flux using the intensity of fluorescent materials are provided to reduce error factors caused by transferring and elapsed time and to measure a system flux at the same time with a specimen sampling. CONSTITUTION: A device for measure a system flux using the intensity of fluorescent materials is as follows. Fluorescent materials are prepared. A fluorescent material infused solution is continuously injected into a pipe of a system at a constant flux. A specimen sampling is started and monitors the intensity of fluorescent mate with a fluorophotometer after confirming a mixing extent of the fluorescent material infused solution. The sampling is finished before a state of concentration equilibrium finishes. A standard solution is prepared. An intensity difference between the standard solution and sampling solution are respectively analyzed with the fluorophotometer. The flux is determined by using a value measured by the fluorophotometer.</p>
