PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact humidifier for fuel cell, capable of providing sufficient humidification effect, without causing changes in the oxygen concentration of the air supplied to a cell part. SOLUTION: In a fuel cell comprising the cell part for performing a cell reaction and the humidifier for humidifying the raw material gas to be supplied to the cell part, the humidifier is formed of a raw material gas passage 21, a discharge gas passage 22, and a cylindrical pleat-like steam-permeable membrane 23 for separating these passages. The steam-permeable membrane comprises a moisture-permeable resin layer, formed of a hardened perfluorosulfonic acid-based ion exchange resin which is provided between two polymer porous films. |
