<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deterioration acceleration test method for effectively estimating a fuel cell stack life cycle in a shorter period of time than before. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell stack 1 is fabricated by stacking a number of electric cells each having a fuel electrode 1a and an oxidant electrode 1b. This test method increments or decrements a load current at a frequency more than a predefined standard frequency, and increments or decrements an oxygen density in the oxidant electrode cyclically when hydrogen-containing gas is being supplied to the fuel cell electrode 1a, in order to cyclically change a voltage in the fuel cell stack 1 in any range exceeding a regular range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
