PURPOSE: A device for repelling birds using a model is provided to repel birds or wild animals by moving a balloon, a pinwheel, and the like using a wire rope. CONSTITUTION: A device for repelling birds using a model comprises pillars(100), a wire rope(130), a driver(140), and a controller(150). The pillars are arranged in a predetermined area, are equipped with an elevating unit in order to adjust the height thereof, and are hidden in the underground by using a structure. The wire rope is supported between pillars in order to move and supports a plurality of models. The driver is installed on one side thereof and provides the moving force of the wire rope. The controller operates the driver and moves the models.
