PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working status management device for a crane capable of obtaining information required for accurately speculating the life of the crane according to its working status considering a loading rate, the number of operations, and an operating time thereof, and to provide the crane equipped with the working status management device. SOLUTION: The working status management device for the crane identifies a corresponding one of a plurality of pre-set load zones based on load information at a lifted load provided for the crane, counts the number of operations of the lifted load for each identified load zone, integrates an operating time for each identified load zone, and stores the obtained number of operations and the operating time for each load zone.
