PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a construction spacer from a roll type material is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by recycling burr and simultaneously mold a plurality of spacers in multiple rows. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a construction spacer from a roll type material comprises a plurality of uncoilers(10), a leveler(20) a feeder(30), a mold unit(40), and a discharge unit(50). The plurality of uncoilers individually coil materials(S) into rolls. The leveler is arranged in the downstream of the uncoilers and implements flattening of the materials. A pressing unit(25) for preventing a tension difference between the materials is formed on one end of the leveler. The feeder is arranged in the downstream of the leveler and supplies a predetermined length of the materials. The mold unit punches the materials to produce spacers. The discharge unit is arranged directly under the mold unit to collect and discharge burrs from a punched side through a conveyor(51). |
