PURPOSE: A cyber system for giving condolences is provided to supply a cyber condolence space to mourners who are not able to directly attend a funeral. CONSTITUTION: A chief mourner interface unit(10) registers a cyber funeral parlor for a cyber condolence call. A mourner interface unit(30) permits connections of mourners. The mourner interface unit provides an interface for a funeral parlor search. The mourner interface unit provides condolence call service lists for the funeral parlor selected. A condolence call management unit(20) assigns a channel. The condolence call management unit processes one service selected among condolence money payment, a video call request, and condolence call message transmission of the mourner.
