STORAGE SYSTEM FOR CHANGING PHYSICAL STORAGING ADDRESS OF PAGE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A storage system and operation method are provided to control the storage location of data in a flash memory by modifying a conversion table which defines a logical address and a physical address. CONSTITUTION: A memory cell array includes memory cells. A conversion unit includes candidate conversion tables which define a relationship between the logical and the physical address of a page recognized by a host. An input and output controller creates the address of a target page located in a target block which accesses to the host. The conversion unit provides the physical address of the target page to the memory cell array by extracting the physical address of a target page corresponding to the address of the target page using the conversion table.
