PURPOSE: A method for constituting height adjustable iron rods is provided to enable a user to exercise regardless of a place and to improve use convenience thereof. CONSTITUTION: A method for constituting height adjustable iron rods comprises a support stand(110), a connection rod(121), a fixture(122), an iron rod(130), and a bottom plate(140). In an inner tube and an outer tube, a plurality of iron rod height adjusting holes is formed. The iron rod is inserted between the connection rods in the horizontal direction. The support stand of each supporter is formed in the shape of a double pipe in order to adjust the height thereof. The bottom plate prevents the inner tube from sliding.
