PURPOSE: A composition containing lipoteichoic acid is provided prevent skin aging and wrinkling without irritation to the skin. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing skin aging and wrinkling contains 0.001-30 wt% of lipoteichoic acid isolated from lactic acid bacteria. The bacteria include Lactobacillus sp., Lactococcus sp., Streptococcus sp., or Leuconostoc sp. The composition is used as a cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkling and anti-aging. The formulation of cosmetic materials is a lotion, essence, gel, nutrition cream, patch, mask sheet, massage cream, lip stick, foundation, or powder.
