A three-dimensional image display apparatus comprising first 3 and second casing parts 2 to receive 3D image 5, wherein the image is removable and replaceable and aligned with a lenticular plate 4. The 3D image comprises a left and right eye images fine-divided into a two pictures and arranged vertically in strips wherein the image interval of the strips corresponds to the lens pitch of the lenticular plate. Front case 3 and main body case 2 form a frame with waterproofing ring and resilient plate 7, comprising an elastic material such as sponge or urethane sheet, provided inside the front case. The 3D image is printed on separate paper and fixed to the rear of the lenticular plate, which may be curved and integral to the case that hinges 11 open and close. The image may be aligned using alignment pins 9a, grooves and/or plates. A 3D display may be disposed in a viewing window in the image and lenticular plate. The autostereoscopic image advertising device may use mass-produced 3D posters, such as movie adverts, that are exchanged simply and frequently. The device may be cylindrical and installed on a car, bus or road. |
