The invention is a method for managing the communication between a host device and a web server embedded in a secure element connected to the host device. The device comprises a client application. The server comprises a server application. The method comprises the steps of:
- sending a command containing a first secret data from the server to the client application,
- generating a request by means of the client application and sending this request to the server, the request containing a second secret data computed from the first secret data and said request targeting the server application,
- checking the second secret data into the server and treating the request as a hostile request in case of unsuccessful checking.
