<p>Systems and methodologies are described that facilitate resource management and admission control with respect to non-members of a closed subscriber group associated with femto access points. A set of parameters can be provisions to a femto access point, wherein the set of parameters specify an access mode, a maximum number of concurrent non-members, and/or a maximum amount of resources assignable to non-members. The femto access point can implement resource scheduling decisions and/or access control decisions in accordance with the set of parameters.</p> |
