PURPOSE: A cosmetic pack containing microbial cellulose having natural extract is provided to produce the microbial cellulose with high yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing microbial cellulose containing natural extract comprises: a step of preparing natural extract(S11); a step of culturing Acetobacter sp. microorganism in a liquid medium containing the natural extract(S12,S13); and a step of preparing microbial cellulose containing the natural extract(S14). The natural extract is loess extract, mulberry extract, onion extract, tomato extract, or watermelon extract. The loess extract is prepared from loess using nano cluster water. A cosmetic pack contains the microbial cellulose and further contains essence.
