PURPOSE: A hybrid voltage regulator is provided to improve recovery time by using an analog voltage regulator and a digital voltage regulator. CONSTITUTION: An analog voltage regulator(10) feeds back an output voltage of an output node, compares the fed back output voltage with a first reference voltage, and applies a power voltage to an output node. A digital voltage regulator(20) feeds back the output voltage of the output node, compares the fed back output voltage with a second reference voltage and applies the power voltage to the output node.
