PURPOSE: A multi-purpose air rope gun is provided to shoot a pig connected to a rope by using pressure from compressed air such that misfiring due to moisture generated with gunpowder use is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose air rope gun comprises a gun barrel(1), a gun body(2), a trigger assembly(3), a shoulder settling unit, a compressed gas storing unit(6), and a rope containing cylinder. The gun barrel comprises a muzzle and a charging path to the inside. A shooting pig is joined to the muzzle. The gun body comprises a loading lever(21), a hammer(22), a first spring, and a stopper(24). The hammer is loaded by interlocking with the loading lever. The first spring is elastically supported by the hammer. The stopper fixes the hammer in the loaded state. A trigger(31) of the trigger assembly rotates the stopper so that the hammer moves forward by expansion force from the first spring. The shoulder setting unit is installed in the rear part of the gun body and supported by a shoulder. The compressed gas storing unit is filled with a high pressure gas and a firing pin member of the compressed gas storing unit is opened by being hit by the hammer. The rope containing cylinder is joined to the lower part of the compressed gas storing unit and accommodates a rope.
