MEMBRANE CLEANING INTERVAL PREDICTION METHOD AND SYSTEM IN MEMBRANE BIOREACTOR

PURPOSE: A method and a system for predicting the washing timing of a bio-membrane reactor are provided to improve the prediction accuracy of the washing timing of a bio-membrane reactor based on a prediction module with normal distribution. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting the washing timing of a bio-membrane reactor includes the following: linear relation is drawn based on the stochastic linearization of a transmembrane pressure-time curve; the operational time and the transmembrane pressure of a bio-membrane reactor are measured; a least square method is applied to the measured time and transmembrane pressure of the bio-membrane reactor to draw the parameters of the linear relation; and the linear relation is substituted with the transmembrane pressure for washing the bio-membrane reactor to draw the washing timing of the bio-membrane reactor.
