PURPOSE: A biosensor using red polydiacetylene fluorescent compound is provided to specifically bind to a certain target material and to detect the target material with high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor(10) comprises: a sample pad(1) for receiving samples; a membrane(2) having a red polydiacetylene fluorescent compound which can be conjugated with a target material in samples; a detection part(3) for detecting the target material-conjugated polydicetylene fluorescent compound; and a support(6) for supporting the sample pad, membrane, and detection part. The polydiacetylene fluorescent compound is a polydiacetylene liposome with an interlinker, selected among a boronic acid group, DNA, RNA, protein, virus, peptide, aptamer, antibody, or carbohydrate.
