PURPOSE: A content service providing device and a method thereof, and a recording medium with a program for the method are provided to supply content without disconnection without respect to a place or time using terminals of a user. CONSTITUTION: A terminal managing unit(210) recognizes activated terminals among registered terminals. The terminal managing unit recognizes a first service terminal which executes a content service among the activated terminals. A control unit(260) stores a service end point about content by a service end request. The control unit selects a second service terminal which provides a service in the activated terminals. The control unit converts content provided to the first service terminal into content with a format of the second service terminal. The control unit provides the service to the second service terminal after the service end point.
