PURPOSE: A shielded connector is provided to cut a portion of a conductive housing and use the cut portion as an elastic piece. CONSTITUTION: A first assembly(10) includes a first insulating housing(14), a first conductive housing(12), and a first terminal(18). The first conductive housing is formed on an external side of the first insulating housing. The first terminal is formed in the first insulating housing. A second assembly(20) includes a second conductive housing(22) and a second terminal(28). The first conductive housing is inserted into the second conductive housing.
