PURPOSE: A soundproof wall for a road with aqueous soft foam is provided to improve sound absorbing and insulating effects by using aqueous soft foam instead of polyester. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof wall for a road with aqueous soft foam is comprised as follows. An expandable aqueous soft foam board(3) is inserted into the inner space between the front and rear plates(A,B) of the soundproof wall. The expandable aqueous soft foam board is formed by inserting aqueous soft foam into an aqueous soft foam sound absorber frame instead of polyester. The 1 percent of the inner space of the soundproof wall is filled with the expandable aqueous soft foam board, and the 99 percent of the inner space is filled with air to maintain water tightness.
