PURPOSE: A mask is provided to prevent glasses from fogging up with steam and to enable a user to easily talk while wearing the mask. CONSTITUTION: A mask is constituted as follows. On both sides of the upper end of the mask, a nose breath outlet is installed. In the body(31) of the mask, the central lower end thereof is cut. A band(35) for earrings is formed on both right and left edges of the body. The body is manufactured by combining fiber, paper or paper and fiber. A ventilating material is attached to the cut part of the body. The body contains wormwood extracts.
