PURPOSE: A ground type fire hydrant joining device is provided to improve productivity by simplifying the manufacturing process of a lower body, an upper body, and a cap. CONSTITUTION: A ground type fire hydrant joining device comprises an insertion member(31), first and second fixing members(32,33), a connection socket(34), and first and second packings(35). In the insertion member, a cylinder unit with a plurality of penetration holes, and a hanging protrusion are integrally formed. In the first fixing member, outer adhesion surface and inner arc incline surface are formed. In the second fixing member, outer arc incline surface and inner compression incline surface are formed. In the connection socket, a male screw unit and an incline compression unit are formed. The first packing seals the gap between the end of the connection unit and the protrusion of the insertion member. The second packing seals the gap between the protrusion of the insertion member and rotation operation unit of the connection socket.
