PURPOSE: A functional waterproof mortar is provided to improve insulation, water repellency, heat resistance, flame retardance, chemical resistance, weatherability, etc. CONSTITUTION: A functional waterproof mortar comprises 100.0 parts by weight of water, 60-85 parts by weight of cement, 70-90 parts by weight of silicon, 3-10 parts by weight of acrylic copolymer resin, 0.5-3 parts by weight of silica aerogel, 1-10 parts by weight of polyether ether ketone copolymer resin, 0.5- parts by weight of dispersant, and 0.3-1 parts by weight of antifoaming agent. The polyether ether ketone has an average particle size of 100-600 nm. The functional waterproof mortar additionally comprises 1-5 parts by weight of one or more stone selected from vermiculite or perlite having a particle diameter of 150-400 micron.
