PURPOSE: A bed integrated wheelchair is provided to enable a user to operate the wheelchair by himself or herself and to minimize other's help. CONSTITUTION: A bed integrated wheelchair is constituted as follows. A bed main body and an electromotive wheel chair(100) are integrally combined. In the bottom of the bed, a guardrail is installed and secures safety when the wheelchair is combined with the bed. When the bed integrated wheelchair is used as a bed, the wheelchair is used in a combined state and the armrest of the wheelchair is located on the bed. In an assembly state, the charger of the bed main body is connected to the battery of the wheelchair.
