PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PARAMETERIZING WIRELESS COMMUNICAION SYSTEM BASED MULTI-HOP RELAY

PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for evaluating the performance of a multi-hop relay based wireless communication system and for allocating resources are provided to improve reliability for the performance evaluation of the wireless communication system. CONSTITUTION: A performance evaluation unit(200) receives information for evaluating the performance of a wireless communication system. The performance evaluation unit calculates link performance according to a mathematic format. The performance evaluation unit determines the maximum value in the performance of each link as the performance of the corresponding multi-hop relay based wireless communication system. A resource allocation unit(202) receives the performance evaluation information in each link. The resource allocation unit decreases or increases the resource of a relay link in a base station by increasing or decreasing the resources of an access link in the base station.
