PURPOSE: A folding table is provided to facilitate the keeping thereof and to be carried after being folded. CONSTITUTION: A folding table comprises an upper plate(10), right and left supporting members(20), vertical pivot units(30), horizontal pivot units(40), and fixing units. The right and left supporting members support the upper plate from the bottom of the right and left. The vertical pivot units are respectively formed on one side of the right and left supporting members and one side of the rear of the upper plate. The horizontal pivot units pivot the upper plate to the top and bottom and are respectively formed on one side of the right and left supporting members and one side of the rear of the right and left supporting members. The fixing units are respectively formed one side of the front of the upper plate and one side of the front of the right and left supporting members.
