CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover for receiving and sending a monitor signal of underground equipment comprises a main body(2), a power generation element(3), a battery(4), and an antenna(5). The main body covers a manhole. The power generation element is installed outside the main body. The battery is installed inside the main body and is charged with power generated from the power generation element. The antenna is connected to a controller(51). The antenna wirelessly receives a control signal from the outside and transmits a monitor signal of underground equipment to the ground.
