PURPOSE: A composition containing vitamin C for preventing or treating neural cell injury of fetus in utero exposed by alcohol of PTZA is provided to prevent or treat fetal brain disease or brain-related deformation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for protecting neural cell injury of fetus in utero exposed by alcohol of PTZ(pentylenetetrazol) contains vitamin C. The composition is used for preventing or treating alcohol related neurodevelopmental disorders(ARNDS) or FAS(fetal alcohol syndrome). The neural cells are hippocampal neuronal cells. The composition additionally contains pharmaceutically acceptable carriers. A health functional food contains the composition.
