PURPOSE: A photographing device using a fisheye lens and a photographing method thereof are provided to transfer an image sensor obtaining input images being input through a fisheye lens, thereby obtaining larger input images through the image sensor of a set size. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device using a fisheye lens comprises a fisheye lens(11), an image sensor(12), and a driving unit. The fisheye lens converts images being input into input images which is an actual original form. The image sensor has a valid area where the input images is photographed a rectangular shape. The driving unit reciprocates the image sensor to a short side direction where a short side of a rectangular shape. The driving unit receives a first image by transferring the image sensor toward a first direction of the short side direction and receives a second image by transferring the image sensor to a second direction opposite to the first direction and synthesizes the first and second images, thereby generating a third image. |
